Shuna, an island of Lismore and Appin parish, Argyllshire, in Loch Linnhe, nearly opposite Portnacroish village, and 14 miles NNE of Oban. Measuring 10½ by 5¼ furlongs, it rises to a height of 233 feet, and contains the ruins of Castle-Shuna. Pop. (1871) 14, (1881) 8.Ord. Sur., sh. 53, 1877.
