OUSTHORPE, or Owsthorpe, a township in Pocklington parish, E. R. Yorkshire; 2 miles N E by N of Pocklington. Acres, 330. Real property, £489. Pop., 17. Houses, 2. Traces exist of a large moated mansion. The township forms a chapelry, annexed to the vicarage of Pocklington, in the diocese of York.
